On Tuesday 27th August 2019 family and friends gathered to celebrate the life of Frank David Billingsley. Cash donations to the charity Parkinson's UK were collected on the day of the funeral and have already raised almost £500. The money collected has been transferred to the charity Parkinson's UK and this page provides everyone kind enough to donate with visibility on how this money is directed. This page also allows anyone unable to attend on the day to make online donations in memory of David if they choose to do so.
